“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”
On behalf of the Rise Up Foundation I want to say thank you to everyone who follows my page and continues to support my mission! Due to the football season, there will not be as much activity as before, although posts will keep coming!
As most of you know, Kevin Saunders, my close friend, has impacted me in many ways. This new video shows our rela...
Making an Impact. There is nothing that brings me more joy than doing exactly that. Throughout my career at Kansas State I have found a passion in working with special Olympian’s like Mike. They think that they look up to me, but they forget how much i look up to them. Enjoy getting to know one of my best friends Mike Carpenter on this video of Rise Up!
Kansas State University has helped shape me into who I am today. I am forever grateful for the opportunities and blessings I’ve been given in my time here at K-State. Between my teammates, the fans, and the city, this place has become my home away from home. I am beyond excited to see what my 5th and final year brings!
It’s that time! Everyone is back in their hometowns for the summer, or for at least a little awhile! Enjoy my hometown edition video dedicated to the dreams created in our hometowns! This is the start of a hometown series of videos I’ll be sharing while I’m here at home. This week there will be plenty more videos to follow of other influential people in my life that also live here in Wiggins Colorado! Thank you all for tuning in and Rise Up!
When I stepped foot on campus here in Manhattan Kansas I had no idea what I was getting into. I was the Dalton Risner, six feet five three hundred pounds, big and strong, I couldn’t be beaten. Coming from a small town like Wiggins and playing 1A football, I was used to being the biggest, strongest, and being the big name everywhere I went. Oh boy was I wrong.
Everyone check out the new video I made for you all talking about not taking the things you love for granted and being a true disciple of God. Sometimes in the midst of our crazy lives we lose sight of what truly matters to us, and I encourage us all to not let that happen. Have a great week and count your blessings!
I’m so excited to release my latest video updating you all on everything going on. This will be my new web page where all my stories, and videos will be posted. You can check out my videos, my stories, see what the Rise Up foundation is all about, and even check out the other authors including Bill Ray who helped me team with Amateur Authors CO. I’m proud to announce the new and improved way of following me and the Rise Up movement!
